The areas served are: Byblos (Halat, Fidar, Blat, Nahr Ibrahim, Okaibe and others). Please contact us the day before to make an appointment.
The results of the routine examinations are made available the same day in the laboratory and on the website. The results of the specialized examinations are given after two to ten days.

Fasting is necessary before these tests. It implies no tea, smoking, coffee, milk, breakfast, juices, fruits, medications till the blood sample is collected. Water consumption is allowed at any time before the sample collection, preferably in regular sips. All other tests such as CBC, Malarial Parasite, Renal Function Tests, Thyroid Function Test etc do not require fasting.

Stop the medication for the Thyroid, if any, before doing the test.
The sampling is done most often between the 2nd and the 5th day of the cycle.
Allow the initial stream of urine to pass outside of the sterile container. Collect the middle of the stream in the container, allowing the latter part of urine to flow outside. Please fill over half of the container with the mid-stream sample. Should be sent to the laboratory within 30 minutes. If more transit time is expected, then the sample may be refrigerated in the lower compartments for up to 2 hours.
